Restaurant was clean but the steaks were not the cuts described on the menu. Only Canadian steak sauce which tasted funny compared to typical A1 in America.

Steaks were honestly not that great. Their "fillet mignon" was definitely not a true fillet mignon.

Steak was delicious. Stayed in tuxpan hotel nearby where the food was awful so the steak at El toro was a great escape. Delicious fries and baked potato also, along with friendly fast service
