Bueno nos negó de el último líquido el compañero bartender de el lobby bar hice la queja en relaciones públicas espero q no se permita este tipo de personal para el público ya q los cubanos nos sacrificamos para venir acá el lugar muy bueno solo q es una lástima para el hotel y los otros trabajadores maravillosos x lo demás perfecto día 9 de abril de 2018 las 3pm
La estamos pasando genial en familia, gracias por las atenciones, muy bien por las muchachas del baby’s club q nos celebraron el cumpleaños de lore, todo bien.
We only visited this resort for a few hours but were blown away.
We were staying at another resort but wanted to take a peek. We were allowed to stay for a few hours and enjoy their beautiful beach. Amazing beach ! They even gave us drinks and told we could use the catamaran service if we wanted. The staff were amazing, especially a gentleman from customer service named Ramon and his boss ( I am sorry but I forget her name)
Ramon took us to the lunch buffet . I have to say that I have been to Cuba before and this resort has the best food by far. I would recommend this resort just by the food alone but every aspect of the resort is excellent.
This resort is a must stay in my opinion and when it is fully up and running will be one of the best I am sure.
I would like to thank the management for the opportunity to view this gem of a resort and Ramon for the excellent service. He is a great asset to the resort.
