Absolutely fascinating place to observe Cuban daily life :)
It has no AC in the walking area so be ready to sweat. But if you want to be in touch with locals this is a perfect place that's why I giving 5 start.

A mall that has Restaurants, Grocery store, Banking, Electronic store, Perfume shop, Clothing store's, And nice views of center mall (good layout).A 5 STAR place.
I lived around there
This rating is for the chocolate shop on the ground level. Rich, pure, delicious chocolates from Baracoa—something surprisingly (for a tourist like I) hard to find in Havana.
Just because it's big doesn't mean you find what you need. You can't enter most of the shops with a bag back. Leave it at the cloakroom. The queue at the etecsa office is usually long.
I rate it 5 stars not because it is a great shopping joint to me. But is a very good place for me to see how the local shopping mall look like in Havana. No air condition. Electronics item like 6-7 years ago which selling for very very high price. And everything has limited choices. Make me knowing to appreciate what I have back home. I do like the Burger place at the mall's entrance.
It is the biggest shopping mall in Cuba and most of the shops inside are national. Due to the embargo in Cuba, don't expect the shops are well-stocked here. In the centre of the mall, there is an atrium with local fast-food stalls, amusement games for children. The circulation of the mall is in a continous ramp so that you can slowly walk to the uppermost floors without taking any stairs. It is a good place to experience the daily shopping experience of local Cuban.
