Aye aye aye ! Le décor est charmant mais Le rapport qualité-prix très moyen (on trouve nettement mieux en ville), et l’expérience plus touristique qu’authentique. Prévoir des boules quies si vous n’avez pas envie d’écouter une cinquantième fois « guantanamera »

You definitely need to have dinner here while in Trinidad, because exceptional food is rare here (the food is merely correct at 1514) but at least you'll be in one of the city's most beautiful setting. The service is really good, the staff pleasant, but sometimes the band(s) playing at night are really too loud & disruptive. Make a reservation for the main dining room rather than the back garden. When you have a minute between courses, go take a peek at the kitchen, you'll be amazed by it.
EDIT Jan 2018: the food got better, and the bands aren't as loud anymore. It is definitely my favorite place in Trinidad. It is expensive once you order lobster etc, count about 30CUC per person for a great experience.

Cadre juste exceptionnel. Vous dînez dans de la porcelaine et des verres en cristal. Cuisine très bonne vivement conseillé. Personnel au petit soins.

這家餐廳的裝潢很精緻，餐具都很有歷史，用餐品質中上，價位還可以接受。調酒跟飲品普通，但適合來這裡體驗不同的千里達風格。

Vous vous retrouvé dans un cadre magique , un retour de quelques siècles en arrière , un rêve . Une cuisine soigné,et goûteuse et avec du personnel de service compétent et a vos soins. Merci à vous tous , et plus particulièrement à MARILY et CESAR

Meglio prenotare visto che il ristoMuseo non è grande e le richieste sono , a ben vedere, davvero tante. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto del Ron di benvenuto. Appena si entra si è immersi in un altra epoca. Non voglio aggiungere altro alla mia descrizione per lasciare che sia anche per voi una bellissima sorpresa. Il giardino interno è trppo carino. La cucina è ottima. Un must l'aragosta. Che sia alla brace o alla besciamella non importa.. OTTIMAAA. Buona selezione di vini cari ma è normale qui a Cuba. Che dire?? uno dei migliori ristoranti (ma è un museo!) provati a cuba.
