This is a nice place to visit. The colorful mural has some ropes hooked onto it, so you can also give a shot to climb it. Just make sure you are wearing the right rock climbing shoes for it.
There is a restaurant and a bar nearby that serves the best Pina Colada ever! I know people say Hotel National in Havana has the best but it is so overrated.
You will know what I mean once you give it a try at this mural.

it isn't an eye opening or amazing experience but if you are in beautiful Vinales then you should visit this attraction. The Mural can be seen from quite far. You can skip going any further to see it up close unless you really want to. It's surrounded by peaceful farms and lush green fields. Quite an enjoyable view for that matter.

The painting on the rocks is huge and somewhat bizarre. Locals say it came to be after a bet between the artist and his girlfriend. The surrounding area is beautiful.

This thing proves someone in Cuba has a sense of humor and if you pay 3 CUC to see it the joke's on you. You can see it and its gaudy grandeur clearly from the road. It's worth a drive by gawk and that's about it. Unless, of coarse you're looking to use a restroom.
