Had lunch up on the roof top restaurant. Great service and venue! Fantastic view of the city. Definitely recommend it.

You have to be there at sunset enjoying the view with a daiquiri or piña colada.

This ISAs good as it gets in Cuba. Nice hotel just rough around the edges. Not quite 5 star standard.

One of the worst levels of service I have ever seen:-

    - The staff are rude
    - They do not speak English
    - Concierge has a beyond basic understanding of Havana or any of the destinations
    - Check in process is tedious
    - At every juncture you are asked about your room

While the Kempinski is a brand new hotel, I would highly recommend the Saratoga instead which has old world charm and experienced staff which have been very helpful at every turn

The best hotel by far in havana, maybe the only place with free high speed internet, excellent customer service.

The best service I have ever received from a hotel!
We did not even rent a room and the employees there treated us like family!
Me and a friend were left behind by our tour bus which was suppose to take us back to our resort in Varadero. We had no money and no way of getting home. We wandered into the hotel just to use their phone to call our resort back in Varadero. Roy, Denise and Randy who worked at the front desk, all of them assisted in making sure we got back to our resort safe and sound. They did not have to do any of that for us, but they went above and beyond to make sure that a few tourists like us were able to get home safe and sound.
We will definitivly be staying at this hotel next time we are in Havana. We will not forget what they did for us and are forever grateful for the amazing staff's help!
Thank you again Roy, Denise and Randy!

Very luxurious and hence very expensive hotel. Prices are not for normal people - either they aim at bussinesmem or for gangsters :) Anyway ... it looks beutifully at night, romantic and moody. The personnel is extremely helpful and polite.

Brand new facilites and world class service in the heart of a vibrant city. Don't forget to take a quick look at the exhibition in the Bazar (-1 level) and make sure you sip a Daiquiri at the Constante bar in the second level, while you learn the story of this wonderfull drink.

Finally a real 5 star hotel in Havana with a luxurious shopping mall. Stunning place in the heart of Havana
