  Fantastic service from everyone in the cigar shop & in the separate bar. Answered all of my questions & was federally happy to chat (unlike some other cigar shops I visited in Havana.)

  My experience at La Casa Del Habano exceeded all expectations. Carlito (Carlos) Robaina was kind, patient and truly wonderful, as was his daughter and all staff. He educated me about some of the many rich Cuban traditions of cigar production by his family and meeting his "Amigos de especial" completed a perfect Sunday morning outing in Cuba! Viva Carlito y Familia y Los Amigos!!

  Magnificent! Señor Carlos Robaina Pacheco is the owner and his father began the historic business. The family still owns and operates a tobacco plantation which one may tour, in San Luis, Cuba. They produce their own unparalleled cigars, Robaina.
  
  A tremendous variety of cigars and rum are available at reasonable, competitive prices. The full bar made the best piña colada I have ever had.
  A MUST see while in Havana. (And the cigar vault?! Speechless.) Gracias! ❤
