Great hotel!!!!!
We stayed at Gran Hotel with breakfast included. The food was divers and of good quality. Also chefs cooking fresh meats and wok during breakfast and pancakes/eggs in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean with 2 large queen size beds. Great location near the camagüey center and bicicle taxi stop on front of hotel which takes you to all nearby places.

As part of a group round trip I stayed at this hotel for the first time for a night - and for the last time! Never ever do I want to stay at this hotel again. I had a twin room facing the patio, well as much as I could see from my room, as all I had was a frosted glass window with a curtain in front I could not move to the side.
I had a proper window in the bathroom, but when in bathroom and the window open everyone passing by to get to their rooms could look into the bathroom. The aircon was so noisy that I could not leave it on overnight and it being a hot night a very sweaty for me. Plus there is a window above the door and no curtain - brilliant. That the room was tiny is also to be mentioned. If I wanted to get into the room I had to either move one of the two beds or squeeze along the wall/aircon.
The breakfast was horrible. The worst kind of - disgusting cheese, awful bread, horrible juice, mainly uneatable.
It also did not help that the staff was anything but friendly. Especially the guy at reception when our group checked out was extremely rude. Avoid.

Un poco impersonal la atención en el lobby, no nos comentaron nada acerca de que habia show en la alberca o algo asi Nos apresuraron un poco para la cena puesto que solo 4 personas cenaríamos ahí pero ya que fuimos a cenar muy corteses y la cena mas abundante de toda mi estadía en Cuba no deliciosa pero si buena

Porque é muito sujo barulhento de madrugada, serviços ruins, desayuno péssimo, não tinha manteiga; não tinha adoçante e os passarinhos comiam do bufet ao mesmo tempo que nos serviamos, contaminando e fazendo cocô em tudo e todos. Um verdadeiro Horror!
