  Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal im Rio Real. Es war wieder sehr familiär herzlich. Die beiden Besitzerinnen sind immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind landestypisch eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Kühlschrank und sogar Fernseher. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der für Kuba typische Strassenlärm ist auf den Zimmern erträglich, nachts kaum wahrnehmbar. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Minibar ist gut gefüllt, die Preise für Getränke sind nicht überzogen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Matanzas werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier einchecken.

  Lugar muy correcto, de lo más limpio que hemos encontrado en cuanto a casas particulares en Cuba pero los dueños más distantes. Eso no quiere decir que no fuesen respetuosos o amables, todo lo contrario (únicamente que en otras casas te sentías más "como en casa").
  
  Las habitaciones amplias, con 2 camas, aire acondicionado, un lavabo muy limpio independiente con ducha y una pastilla de jabón (¡muy codiciado en Cuba!).
  
  El Hostal está muy bien situado del centro de Matanzas.

  Great place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing, an oasis in the centre of the town. Rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you will need. A particular asset is the lovely food prepared for you by the delightful lady owner. Visit Matanzas. It is an interesting stop off away from the usual tourist areas.
