Make sure if, you plan to stay here, that you book the bungalows on the beach and not a room in the main hotel building. The hotel room we were given was falling apart. We were very disappointed with it. We upgraded to a bungalow for a fairly small amount and it completely changed the feel of our stay there. The bungalows are spacious and very comfortable!
The beach at the hotel is beautiful! There's a natural wave break formed by a crescent of rocks in the sea which forms a calm and still water to bathe in. It's very peaceful on the beach!
There was plenty of choices of food for meat-eaters and chefs on hand to cook your food fresh for you. As vegetarians we were very limited as to what we could eat, but we weren't complaining.response / report this review -

This place is only a 2 star because the toilet and bed seemed very clean and the beach is half decent. Everything else is terrible. Especially the food, disgusting. Extremely poor value for money.

If you upgrade to the beachfront cabanas, you should have a decent stay. The view and beach are very nice. The meals are not good. If this place was not an all-inclusive, it would be better.

Byłem tylko jedną noc, ale byliśmy ogólnie zadowoleni. Pokoje ładne, ale zaniedbane. Brak windy i problemy z wodą, plaża ładna i bardzo ciepła woda. Obsługa miła.

The location and access to the beach it's amazing, our bungalow was reasonably decent, but that's it. Staff and service are, with exceptions, quite bad, as it's all inclusive and belongs to the government, they don't have any incentive to provide a good service. The food is the worst, poor quality and short choice, eating leftovers in some cases. They served uncooked chicken, when I told them about it they thanked me but didn't take it out of the buffet. Again it happened the next day. Never to come back or to book a similar hotel. Intended to stay 5 nights, but we survived only 2, moved to nearby La Boca village for a better experience with locals, much better food.

Amazing all inclusive, not just a normal hotel. A beach around, and a lot of space.
