The best casa we've stayed at. It was a lovely experience staying at Elio's. He is a great host that helped with all our requests. He speaks also English and Italian . Many thanks to Elio, Myra and their staff.The food was really good ( the pancakes and mango jam for breakfast were delicious). The rooms were cleaned daily. Plus, they went out of their way to make my birthday special, lots of music and dancing.

La casa de Elio Ramos in Trinidad is the most beautiful casa we see in Cuba and Elio is the greatest host ever. The meals are so delicious. the rooms are beautiful, clean, confortable, alla what you need to have the greatest stay in Trinidad. Elio is a very good salsero so he can teach you some bases! :)
So, I recomand Eli ramos's casa for every one traveling to Trinidad.**

Trinidad is a charming place that will enchant you with its beautiful sandy beaches, delightful old town centre and most of all its music and people's joy of living. If you choose to spend some time here I can recommend Hostal Elio as an excellent choice.

I spent 1 week and the experience was very satisfying and relaxing, no inconvenience at all, all was simply perfect.

Thanks to Elio, the host, your stay will be comfortable and he will be always available in case of need

La casa d Elio è bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort ed Elio farà di tutto per farvi sentire a vostro agio. Abbiamo passato due giorni splendidi a Trinidad! Consiglio questa casas particulares a chiunque, non ve ne pentirete! inoltre colazioni abbondanti e buonissime! che nostalgia di Cuba!

Casa Elio is the best place we have been in Cuba! Elio is really a nice guy and a perfect host. the rooms are nice, confortable and very clean and the food is really amazing!! We had dinner a couple of time here (the best lobster ever!) and breackfastssimply great! fresh fruits and juices, home made pancake, homelette, milk and coffee
Once there ask Elio to organize for you the horse ride, you will spend a wonderful day!!

We have stayed at casa Elio Ramos in Trinidad three times. This is out home away from home in Trinidad. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. It is by far the best we have had in Cuba. Ask for the vegetable soup. I am not a soup fan but this is the best soup I have ever had. One night we asked if we could have just the vegetable soup and some bread. It is that good.

Elio, the host is just wonderful. He gave us a walking tour, arranged a trip to the beach, set up a bike tour for shopping, got us a taxi when we wanted to go to Santa Clara. He does everything to please his guests. He is always trying to improve his service. This is a family environment. His brother is the chef and he is wonderful. His sisters Mayra and Magnolia help him administer things. They are just marvelous. His mother is there to make sure things run smoothly and she is an absolute doll.

If night life is your desire, you could not pick a better spot. Elio is not only an outstanding dancer, he will show you all of the hot spots. Trinidad is a small place but it has a lot of happening night clubs. The music is great and the dancing goes on until the wee hours of the night.

I cannot think of anything we needed that Elio was unable to provide. The casa is in the center of things, close to banks, cambios, restaurants (not that you need those), internet services and shopping. There are a lot of Casas in Trinidad but this is, by far, the best.
