*The house is constructed in 1901 and bought by the family Pissierssens-Pineda Perez
* We are situated in Manrique 258, entre Neptuno y Concordia a lively neighberhood allthough in the evening very quite. Very central so that everything which you woul like to visit can be done by walking or bike-taxi.
* Casa ; the outside is filled with mosaic, the inside got 3 beautiful rooms with high old ceallings you enter those through an open patio. All is renovated and completely new with high standards suchs as airco, rainshower, hairdryer, beds .....
*Patio ; where you can have your breakfast or relax after a walking day in Havana. All with very exclusive rum or cigar if you wanted.
*Loung bar ; is renovated by a Cuban artist who put his typical Cuban inspiration into it. Also here you can relax with every sweetness ( local beer, rum and cigars) after a nice day in Havana
*Sea ; this very beatifull sea with watertemperature alltrough the year 28*C can be reached within 10 min. by car
