Performance was beautiful. Learning the history of the artists were beautifulthe only thing I hated was hearing the angry barking dog tied up. Poor thing looked like he missed a few meals.

If you’re in Havana you must go! Fantastic music and it’s free. Make sure to check out the art too. Filled with tourists and locals. I’ve been twice this year, an experience of a lifetime.

A guy gave us his 🔥mix tape after telling us about his religion. It was an interesting cultural experience and I DEFINITELY recommend coming here if you have a chance. We came at night but they said there is usually live music and dancing in the afternoons.

Nice place to experience Afro Cuban culture music and art. Be careful of the jinateras though trying to be your tour guide and get paid after showing you around.

This place is phenomenal and should be a must when visiting Cuba. As with most countries in the Western Hemisphere, the African influence is a huge part of the country's origins and history and what the artist has done with preserving the AfroCuban Religion and Culture is amazing.

This place definitely had an artistic feel to it as its emphasis was on Afro-Cuban arts and traditions. All along the walls were paintings and murals and poetry. There was a small outdoor bar as well as an indoor lounge. There was a nuke one artist displayed his works. It made many references to the afrikan traditional religions of the orisha and Santeria. They even had performers dancing the ceremonial dances and drummers and musicians. There was a very entertaining place .

It was quite smaller than I expected. Just small alley full of art pieces created by local artist using only recycled material. It was quite fun to see that Afro-Cuban art on that scale. You might not need a lot of time to see this place. There is an art gallery if you are interested to buy some art. Just be aware of the people asking for money for nothing.

RIP OFF .art and drinks is fine. DONT EAT THERE TOO MANY CUCs we spent 68 cuc for 3 ppl .when you can eat 20 cuc total for 3ppl and drinks around that corner and food waaaaaay better !!!!

I would have rated this with more stars as I'm sure the artwork and music is worth experiencing, however, I was there in the heat of an August Sunday afternoon and it was so packed that I couldn't see the performers or move without rubbing my sweaty body parts against others'. Very, very crowded.

Nice artistic place, a guide took us around, tried to explain us what is what, but too fast. At the end wanted us to buy CD for 10 CUC and then disappeared.
