On 03/14/2019 my assistant in Costa Rica who scouts out real-estate was at this affiliate western union to pick up money. I’ve sent her many times with no issues. Was told that they I needed to provide salary, Taxes invoices personal financial information etc. oh and i had to create a invoice ? WTH. for her to pick up funds. Don't go there, they are socialist and ignorant at the counter. I already did a corporate complaint now my money is in limbo for 7 days never using again. On top of all that the app sent my money 3 times so I'm out transaction fees on all.
Using Xoom from now on. Good luck Western Union used to be my favorite.response / report this review -

No existe un Western Union en ese lugar. Hay una agencia llamada Teledolar que trabaja tambien con MoneyGram

Went to withdraw money and was told they don't have sufficient funds. Stir away from WU!
