Awesome sightseeing, natural experience of a Volcano, over 3000 meters above sea level. Parking lot, places to walk around

Great place, little souvenir shop with a few hot beverages and lots of trinkets, they take credit cards. Parking space, Bathrooms, Full accesible bathroom. Picnic areas. Really cold: bring a good sweater and check for the weather online before coming.

This is such a huge place. It has a lot of great photo opportunities too. I had never visited Costa Rica before this past summer and I went here I think on my first or second day after arriving. There's some really breathtaking views I thought. I hope you have a good camera because you'll want it with you.

Is just impresive to realize the huge biodiversity that is in one single place the diferent types of animals an plant so as ecossystems you need to see it to believe it.
