We were recommended to Emergencias Veterinaria Guadalupe (Dr. Chacon) by our vet in Tamarindo (Dra. Francela) for a very major surgery. Dr. Chacon and his team were very compassionate and amazing - animals don't lie and the day after surgery, my dog was able to show and tell me that everyone who was there that treated him, definitely treated him with kindness and sympathy. The vet technicians were very careful with him, and so were the doctors. The entire team made me and my dog feel very comfortable leaving him there overnight a few nights while they treated him. If I had to go to another vet again for a major treatment on a pet, I would definitely come back to Dr. Chacon and his team - it was worth the 4 hour drive from Guanacaste. Thank You Dr. Chacon and your team for everything we did and tried with Niko.

Excelente atención. Cuidaron mucho a mi perrita durante su hospitalización por debut diabético. Se muestran amables siempre que les visito y cuando llamo con dudas por teléfono son espléndidos.

A veces la espera es mucha. La sala de espera está muy expuesta al ruido de la calle. Por otro lado, el trato y profesionalismo de los doctores es incuestionable, al igual que la amabilidad de las personas que atienden en las cajas.
