We were a group of 6 and first time customers. We only ordered gelato in cups and cones, so no experience with the other desserts or coffee. Customer service was great and the gelato was delicious! Very good selection of flavors. Easy to walk up and order and continue on your way. Ordered the pistacho in a cone and loved it.

Price ok, really slow service, one of the 5 shakes ordered was warm. Also the waiter confused all the orders. Overall experience was fair.

Stopped for a coffee. While the service and coffee were fair, they were less that fair with pricing, charging me double the normal rate despite persistent protest. Rarely do I stop to write a negative review; however, in this case the extortion was blatant (pricing clearly posted and inflated exchange rates exercised). Simply stated, it was my mistake for being drawn into an obvious tourist snare, but I suggest you not fall into the same trap.
