We were staying in the area so we stopped in for some fresh fruit and vegetables and we also found some fresh fish. Everything was amazing, but we are still talking about how great the fish was.

Best market I've ever attended. Clean organic quality food, some would say prices are big. I say there no price too high for quality productsespecially food.

Great farmers market. Not solely for Gringos. Great produce and reasonable prices.

It's a feria geared towards gringo tourists pocketbooks.
    Overpriced.
    There is no air circulation.
    Not very upbeat.
I understand that the managers if the feria don't allow life music, like in Tinamaste

Only a small market. 15 stalls or so. Mostly hippy expats selling crafts to tourists. One local coffee producer selling his own products which was good to see. Few costa rican people there. It isn't really a farmer's market though

Very small local market and I was expecting something a bit larger. One person selling fish which we did buy, person with produce, one with fresh squeezed juice, and about 5-6 people selling jewellery. There was a few other booths but no reason you would spend more than 20min here.

Nice little market. Local farmers mixed with rando expats cooking up everything from kombucha to mango glazed doughnuts and pourover coffee. Worth a trip on a Saturday morning.

Every Saturday morning, local artisans, bakers and produce growers gather for the weekly Farmer’s Market, held on the grounds of El Rincon de Uvita, a recreational and commercial center located in Uvita. From 8:00am to 1:00pm, local artisans display their wares, including handmade jewelry, clothing, souvenirs and crafts. On the culinary side, the aroma of homemade jams, jellies, salsa and bread fill the air, while local farmers deliver organic vegetables, chickens, fresh eggs and much more.
The community vibe is rife, with both expats and locals being represented on both sides of the negotiations. Local vendors sit side by side with expat residents from Italy, France, Germany the U.S. and Canada, who are equally represented at the tables.

Nice mix of actual local farmers (super fresh vegetables and fruits), local fisherman (fresh tuna!), and local expats that sell all kinds of organic products and handicraft. Saturday mornings only.
