  Poor service. Very long shuttle service from santa Teresa to Tamarindo. Left at 8am and arrived at 2pm. Only cause we had more than 10(!!!) Stops. Some were short and some were long (25min). Wouldn't recommend taking that shuttle again!

  Excellent service. Travelling tamarindo to santa teresa, The road was flooded today so the company paid for our ferry rides around the flooded section of road and sent another vehicle to pick us up on the other side. Made for a long day but they got us where we needed to be. Much appreciated!!

  We used a Tropical Tours Shuttle to get us from Cabuya (the middle of nowhere on the Nicoya Peninsula) to the Nicaragua border. We had a great experience with them. First of all, the shuttle vans were very clean and well maintained, they all had wifi available during the entire trip and the drivers were friendly and courteous. They got us to the border in a timely manner but also had arranged pit stops along the way. We did not use this service for our return trip and we had a completely different experience on the return. That was a lesson learned, we will only book with Tropical Tours in the future. They did a great job!

  We were told it was a direct bus and it wasn't we had to change bus 30mins in. Then another 50mins into the journey the driver stops to have lunch at 10am for 20 mins. it's possible to have breakfast before your job starts not on the job while we wait! Ridiculous when we have spent 100 dollars for a direct journey! The driver was on his phone while driving which was dangerous as the roads were not very good, it made us very anxious the whole journey, please tell your drivers not to use there phones or have a hands free set as it's again the law to drive with your phone!

  First review, wow! We took a daily shuttle service from Liberia airport to Santa Teresa. Everything went smoothly, even the booking process at their page! The minibus got there right on time after our Southwest flight. Thank you for such a great trip guys!
