Simple ambience, easy to access, good coffee and friendly host. What else could you ask for?
The best coffee in town! The barista also has an amazing memory!
Service was great. Very kind, friendly staff. One of the better cafe americanos I've had in memory. I hear their beans are locally sourced
My wife and I honey mooned in Mal Pais and stopped here the our first morning for coffee. We ended up falling in love with the drinks, then the food, and became friends and basically fans of the owner. We learned that the owner buys coffee beans locally, does all of the roasting himself, and has his roast professionally reviewed. All I can say is that his coffee remains the best we've ever had. I personally have had fresh coffee from several parts of the world, including Hawaii while in Hawaii, and haven't found anything close to this. Above all, the atmosphere is local, cordial, and peaceful. Thanks for the hospitality!!!
The coffee was good. If you like try the iced chai latte with (almond) milk and a shot of espresso.
Great coffee! The owner/roaster was very helpful and informative and walked us through his entire roasting process. Very happy to bring some beans back home with us!
Excellent coffee. However, the hours posted are not accurate. Have been several times at 6am and no one was there.
Although not as impressive as The Bakery, do yourself a favor and stop by The Roastery on the first day of your visit to Santi. The owner is a great guy who will not only brew you the most amazing cup of espresso, but also tell you about the best things to do in Santa Teresa. Im so glad that I picked up 1 kilo of fresh roasted beans so I can reminisce on my trip every morning over a cup of coffee.
A good place to refuel your caffeine need. Staff is exceptional and polite. Cash Only, but there are two ATMs within walking distance.
They are going to start classes soon!!!!!! Seattle's best never saw these guys coming; true inner ninjas!!!!
