  Took laundry here and everything was returned in a tightly packed plastic shopping bag. It wasn’t until the next day when I finally opened the bag and took everything out did I realize my Jean jacket was not there. I walked back to the location and there was a different worker who of course couldnt say what happened and also couldnt get in touch with the ladies who worked the day before to find out what couldve happened. Very frustrating but not the end of the world.

  Can't recommend these guys enough. They came to our hotel to pick up our smelly, wet and muddy clothes and were very fast at responding to our email enquiries saving us an overseas call charge. Dropped off our clean folded clothes at the reception for us to pick up and even left a note with 2.000 colones inside saying that they weighed our clothes after washing and removed the charge for the weight that the water had added.

  Contrary to a previous review, pricing was clear for us (about 3000 colones per kilo), so our modest pile of clothes for 2 people for a week came out to about $15, folded and ready when we got back from the day's adventures. Not a great detergent, but we were still thankful.

  Drop off was a little awkward. No questions are asked about detergent options, etc. nor do they give you a quote. All they say is "it will be ready in 2 hours". If you have delicate clothes or if want your clothes smelling fresh (adding fabric softener) you will have to let them know there is no garment care checklist to go by otherwise good place to take your water clothes to get washed.

  Used this place twice during our stay. Laundry was perfect both times. Took about 2 hours.
