Great place to shop much more affordable than downtown Nosara

This place is alright, but nothing compared to Super Nosara, and the lady doing her nails behind the register could not care less about helping you out. Simple question like, “¿Hola, tienes cinta?” gets an unexpected eye-rolling reply of “Sí” nothing more. I don’t expect over-the-top hand-holding, but no shared human congeniality is bizarre. Anyway, won’t be back.

This is the supermarket ticos go to: [much] cheaper then the Supernosara, has great selection of everything. Only thing missing is in-store butcher.

It's a little far up the road from Guiones, but worth the trip. Much cheaper than the mini super, huge selection, helpful staff.
