This is an amazing company with some real professionalism and zeal. We can't compliment just one person - everyone at Star Realty is very professional, while also being very nice and friendly. We like how well they know the Costa Rica real estate market, but especially their in depth knowledge of the San Jose real estate market, surrounding communities schools, immigration issues, everything. And they are very on the ball too, getting back to you fast with updates and always answering the phone. Buying and selling real estate in Costa Rica can be difficult, and with a teammate like all the people at Star on your side, it is so much more seamless. We are excited to finally have the whole process behind us, and new friends at Star Realty!

Amazing!!! Star Realty helped us purchase a beachfront home in Costa Rica that was not listed by them! Costa Rica does not have the MLS, so it is a free for all. And finding all the beachfront homes for sale is a nightmare. We signed an exclusive buyer agent agreement with Star Realty, even though I was reluctant to do so for this very reason. But Star promised us they would leave no stone unturned and find us what we wanted. And after a lot of work, they did, but the property was listed by another agent who was NOT cooperative and unwilling to share his commission. Star Realty is the BEST! They mean what they say when they tell you they put your interests first! Star Realty got our deal done for us and barely got paid anything. Thank you STAR REALTY!!!
