Sprout is a MUST if you’re in Tamarindo. The food is so delicious. Probably my favorite lunch place in all of tamarindo and I’ve tried quite a few. It’s all very healthy and nutritious but doesn’t taste bland like other health foods. The vegetarian wrap was especially tasty and the service was great!

Took over an hour to get food and drinks. Would not give us chips, we were starved and they said “No, can not serve us”

Food was the priciest I've paid all trip but tastes fantastic.
Service was slow and unfriendly, took 10 minutes to get tap water and then almost 30 minutes for my food. I was the only one in the restaurant at 1 pm.

We grabbed a quick dinner here. Nice grilled fish tacos with interesting hot sauce selection (apple, chipotle, and pineapple). Great salad as well. I do find this place to be slightly pricey even for Californian standard, so I will recommend coming for Happy Hour (5-7 pm) to get $2 tacos.

We came here for the happy hour special, which runs from the early afternoon until 6 pm. $2 national beers, half off appetizers, and $4 for two tacos. It's a cute restaurant, really nice staff and located really close to the beach.

So far I've been here twice during my stay in Costa Rica. The staff is so friendly and learned my name right away and when I came back recognized me and knew who I was. The fish tacos are amazing. The food is fresh and healthier than many of the other options around. Great happy hour prices and I would recommend the coconut drink. Cheers!
