Un pesimo servicio al cliente, yo soy de Costa rica y todo lo transfieren al call center.
Tengo mas de diez años de tener la tarjeta y nunca me atrazado un dia con el pago de contado y por motivos de fuerza mayor pague un dia despues a primera hora y me estan cobrando mas de 30mil colones por mora por mi recor crediticio crei que me lo podian quitar y nadie me pudo ayudar otros bancos no pusieron peros ya perdieron un cliente apenas pague este mes elimino la tarjeta.

More than 4 hours to update customer information.. Result after 15 days and calling every 2 days: account still frozen.
Go to Uruca agency to add transfer permit in my account online .. 16 days to approve.. but the catch is almost 2 months and.. I cannot make transfers between my own accounts yet.. or other accounts from same bank.
2 stars because I call cartago agency and they always provide guidance.. otherwise would be 1response / report this review -

These banks are everywhere in Costa Rica. Nice if you are a Canadian like me. They have good ATM exchange fees.

Yo en la sucursal de Alajuela he recibido un excelente servicio desde el guarda hasta los cajeros y demás servicios, me siento muy contento de ser cliente de Scotiabank, sigan así muchachos (as).

Amazing bank ! Who knew I could get my Credit Card and my bank card and end up at the Costa Rican Citi Bank to do a balance transfer ! Amazing bank ! Citi is the best ! A++
