I was super excited to come here after reading all the great reviews since I’m a huge taco lover. Sadly, everything was mediocre. I started with a blackberry margarita which was watery and not very flavorful. The main course in the picture below is a fish taco and a chicken “Mae” taco. The fish had a very strong off-flavor and was breaded in a very crunchy, salty batter. The chicken Mae taco was fine but nothing to go out of your way for. Pricing was high for what you got and I ended up having to eat someone else’s dinner to feel full. Judging from the other reviews, your mileage may vary I guess.
Edit: reduced to 2 stars. I came back a week later to give them a second chance. The waiter forgot part of our order, and I realized how little food you get. The tacos have a tablespoon or / of meat, a sprinkle of onion and cilantro. Nothing else, no slaw no dressing. Kinda lazy in my opinion for what you pay.

Really good food and fantastic drinks. We ordered the enchilada, buritto and fish tacos. Each of these tastes great. Margaritas were really really great. Above all the service was great at a very reasonable price

I asked to don't put coriander but they didn't care of it. Disappointed. Nacho was fine but need more toppings than nachos.

Great food, generous portions, modest prices, cool view from balcony dining area, plenty of TV's for sports viewing and a super friendly staff! What's not to like!

Perfect!! Great vibes and lots of fun. The enchiladas are delicious, and all the locals hang out here. The view is really good too so go here for sunset. Also it's a good place to go for watching sports!

Good food and decent prices. You can order and ala cart or an entire platter here. Great beer prices and the staff are very friendly. Convenient location and they have American sports packages. So, definitely a good spot to watch a baseball or football game you're missing back at home. 👍👍

Typical Tex-Mex food in a great location right on the road from Quepos to the beaches. It's very casual but the staff is, well, they're just nice people. The meat is excellent and the burritos are large but one star off for the tortilla chips. Skip them and just get more tacos.

Best reasonably priced mexican food I've had in the whole area. Tacos , Fish Tacos, and burritos were all really good. Guacamole was very good. Margaritas could use some improvement but still tasty. Fun place to watch the soccer games and a pretty good view off the back if you can find seating.

Strong 3. Stopped for lunch after morning at the beach. Fish tacos are tasty. Good flavor. Mild rice. Good beans. Also had pico and chips, wish the pico was cold instead of warm. They did not have guacamole which was a shame.
Also tried enchiladas and Carne Asada w great flavor too. Solid 3 star Mexican place w a good view out on the balcony.

Best Mexican food in quepos/MA area hands down. Big flatscreens, amazing enchiladas, and a wonderful crowd.

Ask for Jason tell him the new arrival Chris recommended him.
