this market is such a great place to find anything! the touristy shops are a great spot to grab gifts for family or friends (or yourself) with really great prices. there’s also a large food court with tons of different options. you’ll always be able to find something here!

Great downtown pedestrian mall with a huge variety of shops, eateries, cafes and markets. You will find many shoe stores, handbag stores and household goods plus sporting wear and the like offered for sale. Highly recommended in downtown San Jose.

This reminded me very much of central markets in many places except for a desert booth in the center of the market. It's the oldest business in the market and they specialize in ice milk. I'm not usually wild about ice milk because of it's crystalline texture. But they have one that is flavored with spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. I've never tasted anything like it, it was wonderful.

You can find anything and everything from spices to fresh meat and veggies. There are many cafes(sodas) that have a variety of delicious food reasonably priced. Good place for tourists to see a market from 1880 still in business. Grab some souvenirs while there much less expensive than the airport!

This was a little market inside of a building that had everything. Restaurants, souvenir stores, clothing stores. It was like a flea market inside and tightly crammed. But I absolutely loved it. The food I got in here was amazing too. And cheap!
