El servicio es de buena calidad, tanto administrativo como de transporte. Horarios claros, buen estado de unidades y la opción de escoger un viaje directo. La terminal puede ser más segura.

Last time I was here the bathrooms were not free which in my opinion is insane considering that the inside of them are not that great. The building itself is not very clean and the outside is a bit dangerous since drug addicts hang around outside asking for money and trying to be "helpful" by offering to carry your bag for you. Thankfully every so often police are outside of the terminal to keep a look out but not always. Either way it is a cheap option to get to a place instead of going in car? Just make sure you get the times right so you do not miss the bus.

It was a mess inside and outside of the terminal and the service is weak if you ask something to the employees, they'll probably get mad with you.

I really like the two cafes attached to this bus station. Tip: Bathrooms are also free! Only negative is it gets pretty crowded and there is a lack of seats right before the bus boards.
