  We had a really nice sup tour with Edith just before sunset. If you can, try it out, she is a good teacher and storyteller. Beautiful views and nice change of perspective.
  It is a bit tricky to get to mal Pais, so if you don't have a rental or atv, plan ahead. Taxi costs around 3000c one way from big crossroad in Santa Teresa to mal Pais. Get taxi in Santa Teresa, as there is almost no trafic on the way.

  Es una muy linda experiencia poder caminar en el mar parado en estas tablas se lo recomiendo a todos los turistas locales y extranjeros

  SUP Costa Rica is the place to go for stand up paddle lessons. Their tours are awesome, run by Andy and Edith, it is really a most do while in the area!
