Close to airport. Close to several rental car places. Good service, delicious food and desserts been there twice now. Reasonable prices including several family style options.Costa Rican traditional fare.

I ordered a tiny bowl (no bigger than the size of my hand) of rice and same size bowl of beans. They charged me $3.90 . It did not taste good but was dry and bland. I told the manager the price seems excessive but she only said this was the normal price. Make sure whatever you order it is on the menu or find out how much they're going to charge you before you order. Remember, on top of the price of the item is always going to be 10% service fee and 13% tax for a total of an additional 23%.

Basically, good fast food with friendly table service. They serve mainly one thing - chicken - and the roast chicken is quite good. We had a whole chicken family meal deal which was good, and we added desserts. The chocolate cake was moist and the passion fruit cheesecake was o.k.

Pretty good. It's not homemade casada, but it was good and hot, and the service was fast for Costa Rica.

It was fine for what it was (a fast-ish food place). It isn't fresh, homemade meals like you'll find in other more expensive places, but it does the job for a quick bite. Food was hot and correct and quick.

The worst food we have ever had. Everything was was old and dry as if it had been under the light heater for a week. Have never eaten anything that made me actually vomit before. Service was also slow and poor, no interest in the fact the food was hardly touched. Such a shame after all the amazing food we have had in Costa Rica. Avoid

When consistency and value and a reliable web connection sound like your own personal version of Mazlows hierarchy of immediate soul crushing needs, this place is perfect. Food is good, well portioned and served professionally. Cash and cc accepted. When you are facing few options for evasion, safety, food requirements and escalating time to action evaporation ratios, this refuge is truly a blessing. Easy to uber in and out of- especially if your dreams about the SJO departure terminals keep you painfully self and radically aware.

This place is fantastic for a meal once you fly into San Jose! They food is really great for what it is! Now it is not as good as the food in the country but it will fill you up for the time you get off your flight!

Great for a family meal after landing in SJO. Mix of CR, Mexican food, kids enjoyed the name.

RostiPollos is conveniently located near the airport and has a nice appearance, both exterior and interior. That is about all the good things I can say about the restaurant. The bad things would include the restaurant being understaffed, below average food quality, expensive prices and hidden costs.

We arrived at RostiPollos a little before 9 pm on 3/14/2017. When it was all said and done, we probably spent 2 hours at the restaurant, when it should have taken us 45 minutes if the service was good. If you have to catch a flight, account for a long wait or do not stop here. The airport has better food quality anyway.

Speaking of food quality, we ordered arroz con pollo and empanadas. We had chicken, rice and empanadas all over the north and eastern parts of costa rica. This was by far the most bland and boring food we ate on our trip. Not authentic, not tasty, so it must be cheap…right?

Speaking of price, on the menu, things seem reasonably priced for a good meal (compared to other parts of the country). I would not qualify this as a good meal, so I would consider this overpriced on the menu. To make things even worse, you will find that they add 13% for ventas (sales tax) and 10% (gratuity). I am from the US, so both of these charges are normal for me, but we ate out at tons of restaurants all over Costa Rica and this was the only one to charge these separately. The overpriced food you purchased will become overpriced, overpriced food by the time you check out.

When we were discussing where to eat, it was between Dennys and RostiPollo. In hindsight, it is obvious we made the wrong decision.

This was conveniently located next to the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn near the Airport. Food was ok, family environment and reasonably priced.. cleanliness could be improved.
