Delicious food, friendly staff. The cassados are reasonably priced and you get tons of food. We ate here 4 times during our week in Nosara.

I hate to give this place a negative review, but we had an unfortunate experience. Hopefully it was just a one-off. We showed up about 9:00 yesterday and ordered our food, but it took over 45 minutes to get our ordermaybe more like an hour. The food looked pretty awesome when it came out, and my wife’s banana pancakes were legit, but I sadly had a long dark hair in my scrambled eggs. I showed them and they gave me new eggs, but no apology or any condolences. They acted bothered. So, I probably won’t bother them again.

Great breakfast, lunch place! All very authentic local food!!
Plate lunches are about $5.50 each and includes choice of chicken, beef, pork and rice beans and salad. Big portions and food is very tasty. They also have 2 tacos for $3, very delicious!
The ladies are very nice but speak limited English. Menu does have English on one side.response / report this review
