The food was almost beyond belief. I'm currently writing this in the restaurant, it was that good. This place is reason enough to make a trip back to Monteverde, Costa Rica. I hope you guys read these, because what you do is amazing!

I had Hell Chicken, which was juicy and flavorful. The hot sauce was intensely hot and homemade but very well flavored as well. My fiancé had the Tuna steak, also very good, slightly over cooked. Attentive and courteous staff. Definitely recommend.

Don't even think of going to any of the other restaurants in Plaza Monteverde!

Everything is delicious! The New York Strip was amazing, the soup and salad were wonderful Don't forget to finish with a banana milkshake or coffee stout! The service is great, it is run by a family and is named after their son.

Have you ever try a banana milkshake that tastes like banana cream pie? No? Then this is the place! Also they have delicious food and good prices. (They move to the second floor in the same commercial plaza)

Located inside Plaza Monteverde. cc accepted. USD accepted. Free parking inside the plaza. Staff can speak fluent English. English menu available. Specialized in steaks and a mixture of Costa Rica/Argentinian dishes. Open kitchen.

Good food and service, and also we feel like home at this small but very inventive cuisine restaurant. Run by owner with passion, we can taste it in every bites. I recommend it for a great night with friends or in couple.

A women gave us the thumbs up for this restaurant as me and my boyfriend walked by, so we went in. The best experience I had in Costa Rica by far!!! Food was outstanding and the service out of this world! If your in the area go here!

We happened upon this restaurant because it was within walking distance of our hotel. The food was amazingly delicious, and the service was extremely warm. The restaurant is a small, family affair, and Thomas’ cuteness gave me happy giggles. We felt so welcome that we returned the next night for another meal, and did not regret it one bit.

An unexpected gem. A literal mom and pop operation named after their adorable son Thomas who will probably be hanging around mischievously. The food is fresh and inventive (beef tenderloin with strawberries is both surprisingly and surprisingly delicious.) The tuna tartar was also amazing and light after a long day of adventures.

Just had dinner at this family run restaurant with my wife and two daughters. Amazing food with unique style. Very relaxing with light music in the background. We had a great time and the owners are extremely friendly. It is a nice break from the busy downtown area.

Tuna steak was OK. The chicken breast was tasty. We had a further vegetable curry dish, however this one lacked sufficient spices.

The Mandarin chicken was had great flavor and was great food for the price. Came with vegetables and potatoes. All well cooked, my girlfriend had the traditional dish with tilapia. Which was well cooked and had great flavor. The food for the money was by far our best meal in monteverde.
