The view from Rico Tico is pretty spectacular. I had drinks here during happy hour (two for the price of one). They were a little too sweet but otherwise decent.

The best hidden gem - Look for the Marlin and Nature Reserve Next Door. The grilled octopus was incredible. The whole red snapper that was caught earlier in the day straight fire. The food is fresh, light, and full of flavor. They have some local beers and plenty of drinks as well. We saw a sloth from our table as well.. crazy!

I can not say enough good things about this place. My boyfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our food. The roast beef on risotto was perfect and the calamari and octopus starter was one of the best things I have ever tasted.
However what made this meal amazing was the service. The 2 waiters (night of january 22 2018) we had were the best we have ever had (Cesar and I can't remember the other guys name). They were welcoming gave perfect advice on the menu and created a fun environment.

This is a nice place and friendly staff. Miguel (AKA Michael) was fabulous helpful and had some helpful local suggestions on what to do in the area.
Cocktails were great and good wine selection.
I find it highly overpriced for what you get and the presentation is not what you see on line. The fried calamari was chewy but dips were good. The fried whole snapper was dry and the chopped vegetables sat a top basic mashed potatoes
