The worst thing of this place is their beer, the 2nd worst is the fact that they think is good, they have like 5 styles of beer but all of them look the same: un-carbonated and like brownish water.
The best thing is the location and their food. The rating goes for 2 stars for claiming they're main business is selling beer.response / report this review -

Coming from the United States, where the craft beer industry is booming and growing more deliciously innovative every day; this brewery could be a lot better. I guess if you fancy a beer in Costa Rica, I’d recommend just drinking the nacional choices. Imperial all the way. Pura Vida!

The beer has a long ways to go. It is not good. The service is worse.

Good beers (the coconut rum porter and the El Gancho lager) and tasty fish tacos after a hike in Caraca National Park. The food took a little long but the beer and the company of the bartender compensated for it.

Good brewery, good food, good vibes, and decent service. They did run out of their beer three times in our two visits.

Critics;) in jaco this place is a 5. Anywhere else an average 3. The server didn't know the difference between our beers and who orderd what. The service was slow. Beer choices and flavours were great. Ipa a nice choice, amber ale was decent? Lots more beers to try. We have already been a couple times and will probably go back. Growlers are plastic containers that do not seal properly and leak.

So wanted to really enjoy this place
The menu looked appealing, the beer selection seemed perfect.
The reality was a slow motion car crash.
Waited nearly an hour for food (no-one bothered to keep us in the loop). Our food - when it arrived, it had already been taken to two separate tables- was desiccatedit tasted as if it had sat on the pass for a while
I’ve not seen a restaurant this poorly organised in a while

After drinking plain Imperial/Pilsen all week, it was great to finally have some locally brewed craft beer here. Nice variety to suit most folks here but I found their stout to be a tasty and full bodied. Nice hip atmosphere with friendly host / bartender.

Lugar favorito de cervezas artesanales al que he ido. Me tomé una de las mejores cervezas que he probado en mi vida que era de ellos mismos (la barba roja de pecans y vainilla), y la atención excelente, todos muy amables. El lugar estaba muy lindo también.
