  SCAM WARNING: I was scammed by two representatives (Gabriela Zelada and James Adams - who process payments under Portafolio Rentals) and was not backed up by the owner to recover my deposit and a refund owing. Contact me if you need more info but be careful as these reps have no accreditation and have been scamming people. The only thing the owner did was cut ties them but he did not advocate on my behalf or take responsibility for the money I lost and damages caused.

  I was surprised to find my two houses listed on their site. I called to talk to their principal broker. They would not tell me his/her name, nor would they put me through to him. I told them I wanted them to take my houses off their site, they will not do that either. Looking at the pictures, the listings are at least 5 years old, from before I bought the houses. After talking to 2 people there, I would not do business with Properties in Costa Rica.
