  Great service. The prices were reasonable. It was hard to find any flooring or counter tile that was less than 1 x 2 feet, but the full size sheets of travertine patterned porcelain were luscious! And we found the cutest pea gravel tile for our shower floor. Great service, as I mentioned.

  This place had such a wonderful selection of all types of ceramics. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and very professional. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to many of the local ferreterias. 👍🙏

  I am updating my review today August 18th 2021 to five stars for the following reasons
  
  First of all, I have heard great things about this business. All pieces of information came through recommendations made by my best friends in Costa Rica. They certainly mentioned the other PORCERAMICA located in Alajuela. Their shopping journeys were always successful, granted they were able to purchase what they wanted at great prices. In my case, as you can read below, I did not have a great experience at first.
  
  Being a Google Local and international Guide is not easy, because our reviews can affect businesses either ways positive or negatively. That's why I decided to reply to the owner --as google mentioned-- who wanted to talk to me. I send several message but I never received a call or a message back. Nevertheless, I decided to reach out to their sales department and ask for some materials and the corresponding prices. The same approach was followed with their competitors. At this time, their employees demonstrated to master how to approach their costumers via WhatsApp, so I want to mention one of then in particular.
  
  Alejandro Andrade took care of all my questions, and provided me with a quote in a matter of minutes. He took time to take some pictures and send them to me. He went above and beyond of his duties to make sure I got what I was requesting and more. That is what I call outstanding customer service. After two decades living in the USA, and as a result of my current job role, I can reassure I can identify a great sales associate. You did it Alejandro, because of you my new review jumps from three to five stars. Keep it up the good job. I hope the owner sees this review and takes case of wonderful human resources like you.

  Big building with nice products but the attention we received made us turn around. The seller was on his phone all the time not really interested on taking care of us.
