The service here is awful. I patiently waiting over an hour for a milkshake because there was a huge tour group, and when I finally asked where my shake was one of the employees said they threw it away. She didn’t offer to make another shake, or give me a refund. I was very upset and decided to go to Cafetto after that bad experience, and I had the absolute best milkshake I have ever had! The workers at Cafetto are so very kind, and the prices as well as quality of the milkshakes are way better than Pops, I highly recommend Cafetto. :)

Decent ice cream but horrible service. The ladies were rude and very slow and gave you dirty looks when you were ordering and paying. Definetly not going to that particular one.

Pops is probably the most popular ice cream chain in Costa Rica. The selection of flavors is decent. However, some of the flavors had a watered down, cheap consistency to them. Perhaps it's me being spoiled with so many good options for creamy and rich ice cream flavors at places in the US.

Not going to lie, we stopped at a few of these in Costa Rica. A little pricey, but well worth it. The air conditioned establishments make for a great break from the heat too!
