Me & my girl Chelsa got engaged here on Jan 1, 2013. The exact spot is: 10.295051, -85.84893 (about as far south as you can get on a bike w/out hitting rocks). Night time bike ride = recommended!

This is where the leatherback turtle goes to lay its eggs. You can just go to lay on the beach.
