Pedimos una pizza familiar "una promoción" y la mesera nos dijo que no podía porque es una promoción sólo para llevar porque no paga la Comisión del %10. Entonces le pedimos que por favor cobrara la Comisión. Luego le pedi que la pizza con poco queso. Y su respuesta fue. No puedo ponerle poco queso porque el teléfono está que "revienta" pésimo servicio de está muchacha. La pizza estaba más o menos. No lo recomiendo!!

I was staying in Costa Rica for a spanish immersion trip in a nearby neighborhood and I wish we had tried this place before the 2nd week. We had gone with our whole group of about 22 people and they were very happy to serve us and help with deciding things. It took about 20 minutes to get all of our pizzas, which is reasonable because we ordered about 10 or 12. For desert, we had the crepes and ohmygosh they were delicious. After that night we went back to get more crepes every chance we had. Our curfew was at 8 and we would stroll in at 7:55 because we had to get some crepes. The people were very nice if you tried to talk to them in spanish, because they don't know a lot of english, and they appreciate it if you try to accommodate them. I suggest the delicia crepes and the dulce (rosa) crepes.

I do not go again. Dishonesty. I got two dishes for 7000 colons but when I paid by dollar, charged me 8450 colons. Be careful and do not go.

Do not go here. First of all, the waitress seemed to hate Americans. The restaurant is tiny and sweltering when the pizza oven starts up. We ordered garlic bread and a "delicious" sausage pizza. It took her about ten minutes to start the garlic bread (we were the only ones in the restaurant). Then another 15 minutes for her to start the pizza. The garlic bread was fine, but the pizza came with little pieces of sliced hot dog on it for the "delicious" sausage. I wanted to just walk out, but we finished and left. We also ordered water, which we never got; and their credit card machine was not working. This was our worst dining experience for our whole Costa Rican trip. I wish we would have gone back to Don Luis again after having such a great experience there the night before.
On a side note, a male employee came in just as we were finishing. He was both friendly, and asked how our meal was.response / report this review
