Extremely comfortable very pleasant atmosphere live soccer TV and the owner is a really wonderful fella. I forgot to mention that the food was delicious as well.

Pelos bar. A fabulous little bar tucked away in the mountains of Perez Zeledon. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious if you want to taste authentic Costa Rican fare. The salad plate and salad sides are great. Fresh varied vegetables with every meal. I also recommend Chi frio. A delicious local dish of rice beans tomatoes advocado and fried pork. The soup, soupa is also worth a try. The menu is varied and inexpensive check it out.
Your host Minor is a welcoming gracious host to say the least. Always smiling, and I mean always, upbeat attitude at all times, Sunday night karaoke is unlike any karaoke you have ever experienced. The Microphone is handed around the bar and the Spanish love songs flow. Then it's time for dancing. Salsa merengue bachatta. Excuse my bad spelling of Spanish words. In my experience this little gem of a bar is well worth a visit. Minor is fabulous, the locals are very friendly ,if a little shy at first they respond well too all attempts at their language. The beers are always cold and the drinks and laughter flow without any animosity. Pura vida in Quebradas at Pelos. The little bar on the river in the mountains.response / report this review -

Es un excelente lugar para ir solo con Familia o pareja siempre se recibir el mejor trato buena comida ,música y bebidas y todo por supuesto con Pelos de cariño Pelitos el Anfitrión y dueño de este rústico tradicional y hermoso Bar y Restaurante.

The owner is a killer, he poisoned all three of our furry babies, they were like our kids. He lived next door to us and our dogs never bothered him or anyone. After he killed them and they died in our arms. He told every one he killed them and bragged about it. What a POS scumbag this old man is.
