We've stayed at Pacifico Colonial for 6 consecutive years on our anniversary, and we keep on going back because some of the most gorgeous memories of our lives are being made there. The balconies are huge--every morning you make a coffee at sunrise at 5h30 and watch the toucans and sloths and monkeys. 15 minute walk or bus to the beach in gorgeous rainforest. Full luxurious kitchens and gorgeous rockstar bathrooms, tons of windows, groceries nearby, pool in the building, concierge service is impeccable. I am having a hard time not crying with joy writing this review, because we started this tradition in 2012 every low season [our anniversary is October], and not only did we relax and have fun, we came back as better people! If you're 2 couples or a family with kids the 2 bedroom condos are a deal--you pay a lot more in this area for a lot less than this gorgeous castle! Every morning we'd wildlife watch, have breakfast, and go for a walk to the beach, smell the rainforest, photograph the ridiculously gorgeous beaches--then we'd nap and watch 45 minutes of tv, have a full afternoon of adventures that the concierge can set up for you, then we'd have a delicious but not break-the-bank expensive dinner every night. Pacifico Colonial is a slice of heaven, and we pray to return for more of that luxury, comfort and hospitality.

Excellent views! Great pool too. Luxury all around. Seriously prime view. The units are gorgeous on the inside and well-maintained, also spacious. Highly recommended. There is usually a concierge on staff who lives downstairs that you can ask questions anytime. She is very helpful and knows about everything you could possibly ask!

Pacifico Colonial is a deluxe yet comfortable property with the best view, and the most spacious, relaxed accommodation, in terms of condos for rental, in Manuel Antonio. Balconies that stretch the entire length of an outer wall, kitchens, minutes from many local restaurants, the beach, and eco attractions, awesome sunsets and jungle views--and the staff is attentive, friendly, and will answer any inquiry. We're repeat guests, and we have come to cherish our time and memories here. It cannot be beat for quality and value--bring binoculars, as monkeys and sloths sometimes get close to the balconies for up close views. Enchanting!

Amazing property, located in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Incredible views, quality furniture, very spacious, fully equipped with full kitchen, laundry and all the household amenities you can want in a luxury home. Not your typical hotel room, thes condo units are incredible.

Comfortable luxury, the balconies, unpretentious, relaxed, close to everything--cannot be beaten. If you have a family or two couples, get a two-bedroom condo and use the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches--then go out to one of the many small, charming cafes and restos for dinner. The staff is so professional, fast and accomplished Cannot say enough good things

I have stayed at Pacifico Colonial several times over the past 5 years and have enjoyed it every time. My wife and I and friends only stay here while in the Manuel Antonio Park and Quepos area for the beaches, restaurants, nature tours and awesome sport fishing out of the new Marina Pez Vela. Waking up to the view from private decks over the coastal jungle and rugged Pacific ocean 400 ft below is the best way to start any day and the sunset is unbeatable.
