The floors are dirty, and the food isn't very good. Plus, it's always really crowded and the music is always too loud. I will admit I have a bias against water parks, but I did think the cabins are comfy.

It's fine but just for a couple of hours. Food was terrible and there is no place were to buy soda or water. Looks like that alcohol is not allowed and that is fine taking into consideration that is full of children. Toddler pool water so dirty. There is no enough space for parking near to the park. Spaces availables are in front of the park in a green lot with dust and trees if you want to avoid that, you should be there pretty early in the morning. A lot of peddlers out with fruits and seeds. Fine if you like that.

It's a fun park It has something for everyone.. even people with disability Over 6 different slides3 pools. But the water it doesn't stay clean after a while and it's gets crowded AF But the included lunch it's not bad..

Great place, close from San José. Attractions are great, staff is nice and willing to help. Restaurant and food are great. I recommend the full day pass so you don't have to worry about the meals. Almost perfect score due to the parking lot.

I stayed overnight in the park villa with my family. The villa was disgusting. It is a new villa with the potential to be fabulous but it was just so so dirty. It was horrible to have to sleep there. The pillows were stained moldy cushions of old sofas stuffed into pillow cases. The sheets were not changed. There was a thumbtack in one of the beds. We used our own clothes for pillows. The toilet and sink area was not wiped since the last guests. The towels were filthy! We were the only people in the park over night. We felt very unsafe as all staff went home. The park itself is a lovely little park for kids but it is a bit dirty and needs a bit of maintenance. Avoid staying overnight at all costs!!!!

The tickets are expensive, the place looks kind of dirty and without maintaining overall.
Pros:
Food is good and cheaper
There are several pools and restrooms for kinds and adults
Cons:
Kids older than 2 years pay as regular kid.
Parking must be paid for separate

Very good for a family trip, cool slides and near to san jose, it has go karts and bumper boats but there is only 1 pool for adults
