  There is no one who answers the phone for customer service spare parts are very bad nor does the Suzuki brand have spare parts for what they sell themselves

  the same problems of all, wants to buy a motorcycle and there if sir comes with pleasure, a pleasure, days wanting to talk to someone and they do not answer for days, when I answer and say that it is because of a spare parts consultation they tell me that I have to go for that and they cut me, terrible service, I would never recommend it to anyone, do not board a Katana motorcycle

  People only help you if you want to buy a motorcycle, if you go for a spare nothing. The person in charge of the spare parts is not usually available and they almost never have simple spare parts such as cables, directional or mirrors.

  Completa basura de servicio, endulzan cada palabra sólo para vender, pero cuando uno necesita ayuda con el producto ya comprado, buscan cualquier excusa para no ayudar
