I can only speak about the restaurant, not about the hotel or about the canopy. But the restaurant was as bad as it could her. We ordered trout and we got salmon out of the icebox without any taste. The waiter disappeared when we tried to complain. Even what we ordered as fresh fruit juice was without taste. The only tremendous thing was the price, much too high for bad quality. It was obvious they tried to rip off clients who never will come back. Better don't stop there!

Never stayed at the hotel but I had visited the restaurant several times and never disappointed, next vacation it'll be in my agenda.

Just stopped for lunch, the food it's not that good ( we had a casado ) and the prices are really high compare to what it's given

The staff from the moment we arrived could not have been more gracious or accommodating. The food was exceptional and presentation beautiful. All variety of native birds inhabit this special space and the vistas you see from the restaurant, rooms and cabins are breathtaking! We were treated like family and even transported down the mountain by one of the gracious owners when our car met with calamity and we had to reconnect with the rental agency. Please come, you will not be disappointed!

Very rustic, clean and comfortable accommodations. Loved the view! There staff was extremely nice. I would love to come back and stay longer!!

Precios exagerados!.
$8.00 café negro y un trocito de queque.
$ 1.00 por baños, al llegar con un grupo una empleada corrió a cerrarlos para que todos pagaran por usarlos.

Los dueños son excelentes anfitriones. La comida deliciosa y la vista de la naturaleza y variedad de flora y fauna no hay comparacion. Para los que quieren ver nuestra gran diversidad de pajaros es el mejor lugar.

Very nice and quiet place. A lot of birds around the hotel and a very good service which organized us a tour to watch the Quetzal! Also good for a coffee and relax on the balcony. Great view!
