We stayed here last weekend and had a great time. The luxury villas are located right at the Marina Pez Vela, ours had views of the marina and ocean. At the moment there are only 10 villas so it's still feels like a boutique property, but there are plans to build three more towers with condos and a Marriott right next door. The condos are huge on the inside, 3-BRs and 2-bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in every room, AC, wifi, and a huge balcony. Our host, Mariana, was fantastic and gave us a great tour of the property and was always willing to help. There is a rooftop pool and you are literally steps away from seven restaurants and bars - there is even a small convenience store - so you have it all when you stay here.
