Incredible Cocktails! I loved every Cocktail I tasted, the bartender was super nice and has a bright attitude. The food wasn't that good, but it was edible. I would recommend it as a place to go for drinks

Our meals were all outstanding but the breadfruit gnocchi took the top honors, oh that sauce.

Vegetarian restaurant? What a joke. I am vegetarian. I asked for the Caribbean/coconut rice and beans plate, without meat. The waiter said he’d have to ask. The waiter came back and said no meat - no eat. I’m obviously not going back there again. Shame on Madre Tierra!

Amazing place with top notch menu. One of the top 2 restaurants in Puerto Viejo. Mix of meats, seafood, veggie and even vegan options. Lovely fresh fruit cocktails or non-alcoholic smoothies. Lovely setting upstairs with mood lighting and Chinese lanterns. Great ambience and good music. Can't rate it highly enough.
