Drova around the lake twice! Great road trip, windy road, take your time, enjoy the rideit's over too quickly if you just speed though like we did the first time! Beautiful views, a lot of places to stop and take photos, picnic, hike etc

Nice scenery and much cooler than the coast. It was 35 degrees near the coast and only 26 to 27 degrees near the lake. Much more comfortable.

This area of Costa Rica is breath taking. It is a place that you would like to spend a few days. It has alot to offer to nature lovers.

So beautiful. An excellent way to make your journey across to the near town of La Fortuna. The volcano slowly creeps closer and closer. Highly recommended than a car or bus.

Beautiful lake but the road around is quite bad. We had a flat tire and needed to exchange it. So did another car few minutes later.
