Corcovado is beautiful but book at another operator. Perla sur tried to make us pay 500,- dollar instead of 250,-. In the end we still paid 300,-, so 50,- to much.

Next there was a near accident with the boat because it was not switched af during boarding. Safety defenitely does not come first!

Corcovado was Beautiful but the quide not passionate en looked even bored. Wasn’t trying to make a Great day

We honestly cannot recommend Perla Del Sur enough! We took a tour to Corcovado and it has been our favorite day in Costa Rica so far. Don Jorge is very friendly and accommodating-- helping you with whatever questions you have when making reservations. His guides- especially Cesar and Michael- are friendly, super knowledgeable and professional. We live in the area and can't wait to go back to go on some of the other awesome adventures they offer!

Excellent Adventure. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide and captain. We got to see lots of local wildlife. Well shaded. Lunch after was good and reasonably priced.

My wife and I took a snorkeling trip to Caño island. Both the captain and guide were very knowledgeable and pointed out sloths, sea turtles and even humpback whales. Caño island is a must visit if you're near the area and I would highly recommend going with these guys. We will definitely use la perla again!

Good value, well organized tour to Cano island. Boat ride was shaded, about 2 hours total snorkeling. In my estimate, appropriate for 10-65 year old folks in decent shape. We did see a good variety of fish, a turtle, and reef shark. Paid with cash (US$) was about 10% discounted. Easy parking near point of embarkation. Reserved day prior over email.,

We were lost and weary traveler. We had missed our reservation at another location and had been driving around looking for a place to stay for what felt like forever. Many hotel in the area didn't feel safe when we pulled up so we kept looking. Jorge and the rest of the team were very kind to us with our basic Spanish and tiered faces even though we didn't end up taking a tour (we had pre paid reservation the next night elsewhere) . The rooms are basic but comfortable and affordable. We were able to get WiFi to get ourselves reoreiented. The food was delicious and they even lent us a cooler to save our spoiling groceries. We felt like we found paradise at the end of the road to nowhere. We will be back for the tour on our next trip.. We heard nothing but awesome reviews from the other guest we met there.

    Scam warning!
Told us parking is 6USD per car for four days (see ticket). when we got back all of a sudden it was 6usd/day per car. The person in charge almost got physical with me when I explained I wasn't willing to pay. Then they wanted to take me in a separate room. I refused and after a very unpleasant argument we settled for 80USD instead of the 120USD. Still 50USD more then what first agreed on.

Costa rica seems to have gotten used to tourist and scams seem to become more common. Be aware to always have a set price up front, but even that doesn't seem to be a guarantee.

Other than that, a nice cafe is part of their business as well. We enjoyed that part.

stopped here to park our rental car in a secured lot and take the boat taxi to drake bay. We showed up confused not knowing where to go or who to talk to but eventually a very nice English speaking lady wrote us a ticket and showed us where to park. we waited in the restaurant and had Arroz Con Pollo for lunch, it was really delicious but everything in this place is overpriced. clearly targeting tourists. the boat captains were friendly and made the taxi easy. leaves at 11:30am
