  Generous food portions. Good tico meals. There was entertainment there for Sunday lunch. Two men playing music. Very charming!

  Hay demasiado desperdicio, solo usan cubiertos de plástico, platos de estereofón, vasos con tapas plásticas y pajillas de plástico. Y luego todo va a un basurero GENERAL, no separan los desechos; es muy irresponsable debido a que es un lugar bastante popular. Se nota que no tienen compromiso ambiental.

  There's too much waste, they only use plastic knives and forks, styrofoam plates and plastic straws and lids. And then, it all goes into a general trashcan, they don't classify all of these items, and it's irresponsible due to the fact that it's a pretty popular place. It's obvious that there's no environmental regard here.

  What an amazing little roadside place! We stopped on the way into Grecia thinking it was a place to get some drinks, and had an amazing lunch instead. We ordered the Cheese Tortilla, and we completely enjoyed what tasted like fried corn bread with cheese. Great service, very helpful tico's who were very patient with gringos who struggled to order in Spanish!

  Costa Rican typical food at its best.
  
  One of the best "picadillo de papa" I have ever eaten in the country, it is a traditional place as well, perfect spot to stop by when traveling.
