Poor excuse for Cuban food. Zero flavor. Peppers overcooked. Onions undercooked. Server couldn't even get mojito correct.
Great service, great Mojitos and great Salsa Music The place itself is interesting. Meals around $6000 . TBH I didn't like the food the meat was so dry and flavorless.
Wide range of prices and nice Cuban dishes. Restaurant environment is cool with typical Cuban music
I went here for the first time for my birthday . What a wonderful treat it was!!! The staff were fun, attentive, and entertaining. The food was beyond good and the music was outstanding that night. They actually had me behind the bar for a Mojito making experience that had us all laughing!!! A must visit for sure !!!
Good overall. Service is great. Menu has good options and the staff agrees to makes changes to accommodate your taste.
Definitely food is lacking. My Cuban chicken was extremely dry and not enjoyable. It was served with normal beans and rice. A Tico Casado would have been much better and 40% cheaper.
I also did not appreciate the waiter soliciting an extra tip from me in addition to the 10% service charge. I was handed the credit card machine and asked to enter in the tip amount. I asked if there was 10% on the bill and he said, yes, but this one goes to me. Given his approach, less then stellar service and bad food, I declined.
My friends chifrijo was good, but not good enough to make me wanna go back.
The atmosphere is great! The live music is fantastic. But the food is lacking.
Best mojito and ceviche in San Jose. Fair price
Good food. Good service. Excellent restaurant!
Super ceviche et mojito 😀
Felt like I was back in Cuba. Great food and service.
Food is not so good but the dancing class on Wednesday are cool!
Nice live music and Cuban food
Amazing! It must be a place to be visited in San Jose. Excellent food and professional staff! Live music top class!
Great place to enjoy a latino night
Nice spot for some tasty sangria and ceviche.
good vibes, good music. good for couples and small groups
good service good food a bit pricey
Great food! The mojitos aren't as good as they used to be.
They frequently have live music!
Not so great for vegetarians unless you are fine with side dishes.
The chicken is amazing. The two pork dishes were a mixed bag - some pieces were over cooked and dry, but other pieces were delicious. The meatballs were dry and the sauce neither very spicy nor with much flavor. The patacones weren't anything special either. The lemonade with spearmint was delicious.
